Pengaruh Iklim Organisasi dan Stres Kerja terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Guru pada Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) Multi Mekanik Masmur Pekanbaru

Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine Organizational Climate and Work Stress on Teacher Job Satisfaction at Masmur Multi-Mechanical Vocational High School (SMK) Pekanbaru. This research was conducted from December 2022 to April 2023 at the Masmur Multi-Mechanical Vocational High School (SMK) Pekanbaru which is located at Jl. Ahmad Dahlan No.96 Pekanbaru City, Riau. The target of this research is the permanent teachers of the Masmur Multi-Mechanical Vocational School Foundation, Pekanbaru. The population in this study were 61 teachers. The samples taken were 61 permanent teachers at the Masmur Multi Mechanic Vocational School Foundation in Pekanbaru, obtained from a saturated sampling technique in which the entire population was sampled. Data obtained through the distribution of questionnaires. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS (Statistics Product Service and Solution) version 20.0 program. Based on the hypothesis and analysis of the results of the study, it can be concluded that Organizational Climate and Work Stress simultaneously have a significant effect on Teacher Job Satisfaction at Masmur Multi-Mechanical Vocational High School (SMK) Pekanbaru, which means that the higher the Organizational Climate and Work Stress, the more teacher job satisfaction is also low, and vice versa. Organizational Climate and Work Stress contributed 68.8% to Teacher Job Satisfaction at the Masmur Multi-Mechanical Vocational High School (SMK) Pekanbaru, while the remaining 31.2% was contributed by other variables not examined in this study.
