Takalar Regency has abundant natural resources, especially from palm plantations, yet most are still processed traditionally with limited economic value. Therefore, this program seeks to enhance the community’s skills in processing local raw materials into innovative, marketable products with higher economic value and competitiveness. The activity was conducted at PKBM Satria Mangindara, which served as the strategic partner in organizing participants, providing facilities, and functioning as a local community learning center.The implementation method included socialization, technical training, appropriate technology application, intensive mentoring, and participatory evaluation using a collaborative and participatory approach that involved community members at every stage. The results demonstrated a significant improvement in technical skills, particularly in producing, packaging, and marketing vanilla-flavored liquid palm sugar. Namun, di lapangan masih ditemukan kesenjangan pemahaman, terutama di lingkungan madrasah. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas guru MTs Kota Intan Kabupaten Rokan Hulu dalam memahami dan menerapkan Kurikulum Merdeka melalui pelatihan intensif selama tiga hari. Kegiatan ini menggunakan pendekatan partisipatif-reflektif dengan metode ceramah interaktif, studi kasus, simulasi penyusunan modul ajar, dan praktik implementasi Project Based Learning (PjBL). Hasil pre-test menunjukkan bahwa hanya 28% guru memahami konsep Kurikulum Merdeka secara menyeluruh. Setelah pelatihan, angka tersebut meningkat menjadi 84%. Secara spesifik, pemahaman guru terhadap prinsip kurikulum meningkat dari 32% menjadi 88%, pembelajaran berdiferensiasi dari 25% menjadi 80%, profil pelajar Pancasila dari 30% menjadi 86%, dan penyusunan modul ajar serta PjBL dari 20% menjadi 82%. Selain peningkatan kognitif, refleksi peserta juga menunjukkan motivasi yang lebih tinggi untuk menerapkan pendekatan pembelajaran yang lebih aktif, kontekstual, dan humanis. The program involved 32 participants with diverse backgrounds, predominantly aged over 24 years (59.4%) with high school/vocational education backgrounds (71.9%). Using a blended learning approach combining webinars, interactive online classes, and group mentoring, the program focused on fundamental digital marketing, social media marketing, and content creation. Evaluation results demonstrated significant success: 96.9% of participants showed improved digital marketing capabilities, with 87.5% implementing or currently implementing their acquired knowledge. The program achieved a 93.8% satisfaction rate, with participants reporting increased confidence (87.5%) and better understanding of reaching Gen Z audiences (84.4%). Key outcomes included the establishment of a content creator community, development of 6 online courses, and 7 participants actively working as educational content creators. The program successfully addressed the need for practical digital skills among youth while fostering digital entrepreneurship initiatives. The program was initiated in response to the low educational background of most inmates, many of whom had dropped out of school before completing primary or secondary education. This condition has significant implications, including limited skills, low competitiveness, and a higher risk of social marginalization after release. Equivalency education was chosen as a strategic solution, not only to provide access to formal-equivalent education at the Paket A, B, and C levels but also to serve as a means of social and psychological rehabilitation.The program was implemented using participatory learning methods, combining lectures, group discussions, question-and-answer sessions, and practical activities. The presence of lecturers as facilitators played a dual role as educators and psychosocial mentors. In addition to academic materials, motivational sessions were also integrated to foster learning spirit and rebuild inmates’ self-confidence.The results of the program demonstrated an increase in motivation, active participation, and relatively stable attendance, with an average attendance rate exceeding 85%. Positive impacts were not only evident in academic achievements but also in psychological aspects, as inmates became more confident, optimistic, and willing to express their opinions. Furthermore, the program strengthened collaboration between the university, the PKBM Kader Bangsa, and the correctional facility, ensuring the comprehensive implementation of equivalency education.In conclusion, this community service program proves that equivalency education within correctional facilities can serve as a strategic instrument for social empowerment. The problem was that a curriculum for the program of Tahfiz Al-Qur’an (Al-Qur'an memorization) was not arranged. Hence, the program did not run well, effectively, and accountably. This problem was captured from the observation and interview with the coordinator. So, this PkM was done to address that problem so the program can be run effectively and accountably. Yet, the purpose of this community service activity is to assist by training in developing the Tahfiz Al-Qur'an program curriculum. This service begins with training in the compilation Tyler Model-Based, followed by assistance in curriculum compilation. First, the training in compiling the tahfidz curriculum was joined by the coordinator and team of the tahfidz program. The result of this service is the realization of the tahfidz curriculum. In this curriculum, several programs are formulated, such as the optional tahfidz program of 15 or 30 juz, which can be taken for three or six years. Kondisi ini kerap menurunkan harga durian secara drastis, bahkan menimbulkan pembusukan akibat keterbatasan daya simpan buah, sehingga petani mengalami kerugian. Kegiatan Program Kemitraan Masyarakat (PKM) ini bertujuan untuk memberikan edukasi pengolahan buah durian menjadi produk olahan bernilai tambah sebagai bentuk industri rumah tangga. Metode pelaksanaan menggunakan pendekatan pelatihan dan pembinaan partisipatif melalui praktik langsung pembuatan berbagai produk, seperti dampok durian, pancake durian, nastar durian, dan pukis durian. Kegiatan berlangsung Februari–Juli 2024, melibatkan dosen, mahasiswa, petani durian, pengelola PKBM, serta dukungan pemerintah dan tokoh masyarakat. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan motivasi petani dalam mengelola buah durian, serta terbentuknya komunitas petani durian yang berorientasi usaha. Produk olahan yang dihasilkan berpotensi bersaing di pasar apabila memenuhi standar mutu, kemasan, labeling, dan legalitas. Program ini juga menginisiasi kolaborasi dengan pengusaha lokal sebagai mitra pemasaran dan permodalan. Kesimpulannya, edukasi pengolahan buah durian mampu menjadi strategi pemberdayaan ekonomi masyarakat pedesaan, sekaligus solusi atas fluktuasi harga durian pada musim panen.
