This research aims to examine the application of Six Sigma in improving the quality of academic services in educational institutions. The method used is a literature study, with the data collection stage which includes analysis of various references related to the implementation of Six Sigma in the academic sector. With this approach, it is hoped that it can provide a comprehensive understanding of the contribution of Six Sigma in creating more efficient and measurable service processes. The research results show that implementing Six Sigma can increase efficiency, reduce administrative problems, and meet student needs more effectively. A data-driven approach allows identifying appropriate solutions, such as updating academic information systems or improving coordination between staff, that have a positive impact on student satisfaction as well as the efficiency of the institution's work. The successful implementation of Six Sigma not only improves the quality of academic services but also strengthens the reputation of educational institutions. A more efficient process creates a more productive and quality academic environment, supports student development, and produces superior human resources who are ready to compete in the future.
Zumroh Oktavia Harahap, Sohiron Sohiron, Mohammad Yusuf

https://ejournal.anotero.org/index.php/milenial/article/view/322

The purpose of this study is to see the transformation of hard skills and soft skills in the curculum and its implementation in PAI learning. This study uses a qualitative approach with the literature method. The results of this study indicate the transformation of hard skills and soft skills from the 2013 curriculum that developed hard skills, quite individual learning and passive students, as well as the highest achieving minimum completeness in the form of numbers or scores, became an independent curriculum whose main development was based on soft skills, learning Active, prioritizing teamwork, collaboration and mutual cooperation, and oriented to the results in the form of creative and innovative works of students. Curriculum transformation is carried out with the aim of creating the quality of human resources that are character and have essential competencies to become lifelong learners and are able to contribute to modern, democratic, and plural society. Curriculum transformation has an impact on PAI teacher competence which initially carried out conventional learning, and was dominant in strengthening students 'hard skills, developed into digital -based learning that was strengthened by information technology, and the main orientation of developing students' soft skills through the Pancasila Student Profile. The teacher can implement the dimensions of the Pancasila Youth Profile in PAI learning in 3 ways 1) Integrate the dimensions of Pancasila Student Profile in PAI subjects through intarakuricular activities, 2) As a teaching strategy used by the teacher or as a direct experience, 3) as a project of curricular activities. Achievement of the objectives of the independent curriculum must focus on increasing the soft skills of teachers in various forms of activities such as workshops, training, seminars, and further education. It aims to create a generation of noble and cultured character in the midst of unlimited technological attacks.
Kasmiati, Amril M

This research aims to (1) describe the implementation of the talking stick learning method with the help of a question box in the Indonesian language subject class V MI Fathun Qarib, (2) describe students' speaking skills in the Indonesian language subject class V MI Fathun Qarib, and (3) find out differences in students' speaking skills between classes that use the talking stick method assisted by question boxes and the conventional model. The method used in this research is a quantitative method with a Quasi Experimental research design with a Nonequivalent Control Group Design type. This research used two classes as research subjects, namely class VA as an experimental class which applied the talking stick learning method and VB as a control class which did not apply the talking stick learning method. Data collection techniques include speaking and documentation skills tests. Data analysis consists of descriptive statistics and inferential statistics including assumption testing and hypothesis testing. The assumption test uses the normality test and homogeneity test, while the hypothesis test uses the independent sample t test. Based on the results of data analysis, it was found that, (1) the use of the talking stick method assisted by question boxes was quite effective in improving students' speaking skills. Learning activities consist of opening, core and closing activities; (2) the talking stick method assisted by a question box can improve students' speaking skills. This is proven by the students' average pretest score of 56.19 after being given the talking stick method treatment, the posttest score was 77.52; (3) there are differences in students' speaking skills between classes that use the talking stick method and the conventional model. This is proven by the results of the posttest students' speaking skills in the experimental class which obtained an average of 77.52 and the posttest in the control class obtained an average of 67.45. This is confirmed by the results of the independent sample t test that the significance level value of 0.05 is obtained by hypothesis test results of 0.000 <0.05, so H0 is rejected, meaning there is a significant difference. Thus it can be concluded that the use of the talking stick learning method assisted by question boxes is effective for students' speaking skills in the Indonesian language subject class V MI Fathun Qarib
Desy Susanti
