This research method is qualitative method. The subject of this research is the master at the Al-Ihsan Boarding School (IBS) boarding school in Kampar Regency, Riau Province totaling 47 people. These data were collected from interviews, questionnaires and observations with data processing techniques using descriptive methods. The results of the research found that there were ICT skills of teachers at Pondok Pesantren Al-Ihsan Boarding School (IBS) Kampar Regency were in the medium category as much as 38.3%. This research uses a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach. The data collection techniques used in this research are methods, observation and documentation. The data analysis technique for this research uses the Craswell phenomenological data analysis technique. Based on the results of this research, it can be concluded that the media convergence implemented by some local media, especially Batam TV, is a very appropriate step. The combination of the three elements of 3M Strategy (Multimedia, Multichannel and Multiplatform) is the first step in implementing media convergence. Continuum convergence will be achieved through (Crosspromotion, cloning, coopetition, content sharing, and full convergence). The steps that Batam TV has taken include convergence from conventional to online. This convergence itself can take the form of: collaboration between media, use of technological media for the creation or distribution of program content and so on. In this research, research methods were used: (1) Research approach: qualitative; (2) Type of research: case study; (3) Data sources: school principals, PAI teachers, library and document sources; (4) Sampling: Purposive sampling, snowball sampling; (5) Data collection methods: observation, interviews, and documentation; (6) Data analysis techniques: deductive, inductive and comparative. By addressing the imperative requirement for enhanced learning resources to augment student comprehension, this study endeavors to supplant conventional, uninspiring teaching methodologies with innovative alternatives. Utilizing the Research and Development (R&amp;D) approach within the framework of the ADDIE model, students were the principal subjects of inquiry.
