The Agile and Lean Management Approach has emerged as an effective strategy to achieve this goal, with Agile emphasizes the flexibility and responsiveness of customer needs, while Lean focuses on reducing waste and increasing value. This research uses a qualitative approach to explore the application of agile and lean strategies in the context of the organization. Data was collected through in -depth interviews, focus group discussions (FGD), and participatory observations in several companies that have implemented these two methodologies. Thematic analysis is used to identify the main patterns and themes of the data obtained. The results showed that the integration of agile and lean practices significantly improve operational performance and company responsiveness. Companies that apply these two approaches report improvements in customer satisfaction, process efficiency, and reduction of cycle time. In addition, the culture of sustainable improvement resulting from the application of these two methodologies contributes to the innovation and adaptability of the organization. To maximize the benefits of the application of Agile and Lean, companies are advised to provide adequate training to employees regarding the principles of the two approaches. Using the library study research method, this research collects and analyzes relevant literature from various academic sources such as books, scientific journals and articles. Data is classified based on main themes such as stages of infant development, factors influencing development, and implications for education. The research results show that infancy development includes physical, cognitive, emotional and social aspects that are interrelated. Factors such as genetics, environment, nutrition, and social interactions play an important role in such development. Implications for early childhood education include the need for a holistic and individualized approach in supporting children's development. Educators and parents are advised to provide a stimulative and responsive environment and implement educational strategies that are appropriate to the child's developmental stages. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji adakah pengaruh model pembelajaran savi (somatic, auditory, visual, intelektual) terhadap hasil belajar siswa di smk muhammadiyah 2 palembang.Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode Quasi Exsperimental Design. sampel penelitian ini adalah kelas X AKL 1 sebagai kelas eksperimen dengan 32 siswa dan X AKL 2 sebagai kelas kontrol dengan 29 siswa.. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah obaservasi dan tes, dengan analisis data menggunakan uji t. Pengujian analisis data dilakukan dengan uji normalitas dan uji homogenitas.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hasil belajar siswa dikelas eksperimen memiliki rata-rata sebesar 83,69 %. Maka perhitungan uji-t diperoleh bahwa Thitung=5,787 >Ttabel = 1671 yang berarti Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe <em>Student Teams Achievement Division</em> terhadap hasil belajar siswa di SMA Negeri 7 Palembang. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi keaktifan siswa dan tes hasil belajar menggunakan metode eksperimen jenis True <em>Eksperimental Design</em> dengan bentuk <em>Posttest-Only Control Group Design</em>. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik <em>cluster random sampling</em>. Sampel pertama ( Kelas XI.A1) berjumlah 39 siswa adalah kelas eksperimen yang diajar menggunakan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe <em>Student Teams Achievement Division</em> (STAD). Sampel kedua (Kelas XI.E) berjumlah 40 siswa adalah kelas kontrol yang diajar dengan menggunakan pembelajaran konvensional. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen dengan metode eksperimen yang digunakan yaitu metode <em>True Experimental Design (Posttest-Only Control Design)</em>. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh kelas X Akuntansi di SMK Negeri 1 Pemulutan tahun pelajaran 2023/2024 terdiri dari tiga kelas yang berjumlah 96 siswa. Dua kelas dipilih sebagai sampel penelitian yaitu kelas eksperimen dan kontrol. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu angket motivasi belajar siswa dan tes hasil belajar siswa. Data penelitian di analisis menggunakan uji t (uji <em>independent sample t-test</em>) dan uji manova. The method in this study is Research and Development (R&D) which uses the ADDIE model using data collection techniques in the form of interviews, questionnaires and tests. Based on the results of the study, it shows that E-LKPD based on Project Based Learning (PjBL) is declared valid according to the combined results of four validators with an average of 85.23% in the very valid category. In addition, its practicality has been proven from one-to-one tests with an average of 85.42% in the very practical category. As well as small group trials with an average of 85.25% in the very practical category. Furthermore, learning outcomes show an increase of 32.54% from the difference between pre-test and post-test. The research method is experimental using True Experimental Design post-test only control design. The population of this study were all class X students with a sample of class X.1 and X.7 students using the Simple Random Sampling technique. Data collection techniques are observation and tests. The research results were obtained from the average posttest score from the experimental class of 85 and the control class of 72. From the results of data analysis with normal and homogeneous distribution, data analysis using hypothesis testing obtained a calculated t value of 6,548 &gt; 1,991 t table with the Ha criteria being accepted. Based on the background and limitations of the problem in this research, it is to find out whether there is an influence of perceptions regarding the use of e-commerce learning media on the entrepreneurial interest of students at SMK Gajah Mada 3 Palembang. The research methodology used in this data collection technique is documentation and questionnaires. Based on the research conducted, there are results from research that has been carried out. The results can be seen. So it can be concluded that the constant value is 100.214, meaning that if the perception of using e-commerce learning media (X) is 0, then the student's entrepreneurial interest will be negative (Y), namely 0.176, meaning that if the perception If the use of e-commerce learning media increases, interest in entrepreneurship will increase by 0.176, the coefficient is positive, so the relationship between the two variables, perception of use of e-commerce learning media (X) and Entrepreneurial Interest (Y), the higher the level of perceived value of use, the more interest. students to become entrepreneurs.
